Or have you done a migration tour to Mara earlier? In either cases, photography in Masai Mara during this season is unique and different as the green backdrops gives a unique character to images.

Photographing big cats in the rain is also a unique experience as it gives you ample opportunities to experiment with the rain. The green habitat of Mara also makes it easier to spot some of the smaller cats like servals and caracals.
