Wildlife Tiger Photography Tours in Tadoba National Park, India
Well known as the Jewel of Vidharbha, Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve has grown in popularity in the last few years due to the sudden surge in photographer traffic who thronged the forest to shoot tiger cubs during the 2011-2013 season. The park came into limelight and has become a hot-spot for tiger photography in India.
Tadoba is rich in bio-diversity. Apart from big cats like Tigers and leopards, Tadoba is also a great place for sighting of big game like sloth bears, wild dogs (Dhol) and bison.
Best Time to visit Tadoba National Park:
For tiger spotting: March to June is ideal, however, if you are looking at a great backdrop for the jungle cat to pose in, then the post monsoon months when the forest is lush is ideal!
Focal ranges till 300mm are ideal. The 200-400mm Canon or Nikon variant is great as you get the required flexibility to shoot mammals. 70-200mm is a great lens for shooting tigers in their natural habitat.
